Still Confused?

Are Chieu's works prints or paintings?

Chieu's artworks are exclusively created by Vietnamese artists with a Simplicity orientation. From each Original piece, Chieu reproduces a limited edition of only 20 prints. Chieu's works are Original Prints.

What is the largest size that Chieu can print?

For Premium Art Paper and Art Paper, the maximum size is 84.1 x 59.4 cm. As for Canvas, Chieu has no size limit and can customize it upon request. Notably, the larger you enlarge the print, the more hidden details you will discover.

What if the size I want is not on the current size ratio?

Besides the current size ratio, Chieu is always happy to customize the size ratio as you wish. Message us directly for a more detailed consultation.
Please note that some details of the artwork may change depending on the new size.

Where is Chieu's store located and what are its operating hours?

Chieu's store is at 118/18A Tran Quang Dieu Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM every day.

How does the lifetime guarantee policy work?

With the Lifetime Guarantee policy, Chieu will provide a new print of the artwork you own (and re-stretch it onto the frame if it's Canvas) for a cost of only 300,000 VND per piece.

Note: the cost above does not include the two-way shipping fee.

I've never heard of the 'Simplicity orientation' before.

Simplicity is stripping away redundant details and honing the core elements to their brightest state, so that every piece by Chieu remains close to your heart.

What is the difference between Glass and Mica?

Basically, there is not too much difference between these two materials. Chieu recommends using mica if the artwork needs to be shipped far away. This is because mica helps minimize the risk of breakage during the shipping process.
